Cancelling tickets

Can’t make it to the film, or does a member of your party have to cancel? No problem: you can easily cancel your own tickets via your account.

• Select the tickets of the show you want to cancel. You will be sent to a new page.
• On this new page, you can choose which tickets you want to cancel with the button ‘annuleer ticket’.
• Please double check if you are cancelling the right tickets: if you were supposed to see a film with three people, and one of you can’t make it, it would be a shame if you cancel the middle seat!
• Note: you can cancel your tickets up until an hour before the start of the film. Cineville tickets can be cancelled up to 5 minutes before the start of the film.
